Response time

If your note is about a blocking issue, mention that in the subject line so it is easier to triage quickly.
Best details to include
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead
- Whether the issue affects quotes, meditation, journal, favorites, or profile settings
- Any screenshots or screen recordings that make the problem easier to reproduce
Troubleshooting
Common things to check first
No meditation audio
Confirm your iPhone is not muted, media volume is up, and the track is not paused. The launch build ships with a small starter audio set, so playback issues are usually local device-state problems rather than streaming errors.
Favorites look empty
Favorites are stored locally on the device in the current build. If you reinstall the app or move to a different device, that local state does not automatically follow you.
Journal changes did not appear
Make sure the reflection body is not empty before saving. Journal history is written locally, and each saved note should appear in the day-by-day history section right away.
Premium access questions
Premium access uses Apple’s StoreKit purchase and restore flow for Weekly, Annual, and Lifetime access. If premium access does not update after purchase or restore, include the plan you selected and whether the issue happened in TestFlight, sandbox, or the live App Store.

Launch status
The hosted site is live, StoreKit products are configured, and build 2.05 has been uploaded to App Store Connect. The remaining release checks are TestFlight or sandbox purchase validation and App Review submission.
